Maintenance is an obligatory service, which every owner or administrator must have done periodically to maintain proper functioning of the lift, freight lift, or platforms, for both public and private use. This is regulated by contracts and laws (UNI 13015). Servicing must only be done by qualified companies, naturally such as ours.
Rerman offers maintenance contracts at three different levels:
a) Ordinary Maintenance: this is the simplest and it includes periodic system inspections (every month, two months, three months, six months based on use and needs), with cleaning and lubrication of various components.
b) Semi-total Maintenance: in addition to what is included in ordinary maintenance, it includes costs for all necessary repair work, with the exclusion of vandalism or changes in laws. It also includes the cost of assistance from a company engineer for twice yearly inspections.
c) Total Maintenance: in addition to including the above, it also includes all spare parts, thus it is a totally comprehensive service from which nothing is excluded.
Included in all our maintenance contracts is a public liability insurance policy of €. 6,000,000.00 for every problem caused by defective maintenance.
Rerman puts at your disposal highly qualified staffs which are also licensed by the Minister of Transport to carry out these services. |

During scheduled servicing of the system, an online notification is sent to the customer, who is immediately updated about the status of the of the system in this way.
The same notification is then sent to our computerised system, which reads it and archives it automatically in a dedicated database. The advantage for the customer is the extreme transparency of service and the possibility to assess our service call in real time. |

We can install a board on the switchboard to control the system remotely 24-hours a day, using our internet software. This allows for various opportunities:
- immediate remote resolution of electronic issues and in some cases also of electric ones, without requiring a service call, therefore slashing the time and cost of the service call
- free automatic software updates, so that the system will always be fully efficient and at pace with our constant innovations
- in case the lift blocks, it is possible to return the cab to the floor without a service call, resulting in an enormous savings of time and cost, especially for those in the lift
- the system instantly recognises any break downs and immediately sends the Service Centre a notification about the nature of the problem. This way our staff performing the service call can arrive with the right spare part, without further waste of time.
