The term renovation means a construction intervention which wholly or partly modifies an existing building.
On this page we take into consideration the installation of lifts in renovation of residential buildings, meaning with end use is housing.
The characteristics of these lifts, which are regulated by Law 13 of 1989 and by Ministry of Public Works Decree 236 of 1989, are reported in the table below. |
