When a building has construction issues linked to a lack of space or, in particular, structural or law limitations, it is possible to install special systems respecting current laws on this subject, but without superior overrun (overhead) and/or inferior overrun (pit).
Rerman provides the system complete with relative analysis of risks which are properly authenticated by a Certifying Agency; it was especially decided to do it this way in order to offer a product to our customers that can be made to order in both proportions and finishing. In fact, the proportions of the lift pit and the overhead are not constant but variable and according to the characteristics of the system itself (type of lift, track, speed, etc.). It is possible to make systems with loads from 300 Kg to 900 Kg. A case by case evaluation is best for systems with higher loads.
Be advised that for this type it is necessary to obtain authorization prior to installation from the Ministry of Productive Activities, to whom a detailed analysis must be sent of the intended project, attaching an illustrated technical report prepared by a registered technician. Rerman will provide the necessary support to prepare obligatory documents for waiver requests.
